We had a great experience with Centra windows. Robin Buie came and did an estimate, it was a no pressure experience, he was thorough and answered all our questions. After we decided to have the renovation done, our windows were measured and a date was set for the install. Andrew and Jurgen were our installers they were prompt, friendly, efficient and tidy. They showed great respect for each other and worked well together. The only negative in the whole process was that we were told a confirmation phone call would be made the day before install and that did not happen, we had to call to confirm that the windows were ready and the installation was going ahead. We would definately recommend Centra windows.
