We had bought windows and doors from Centra 2 years ago and installed them ourselves. We were very happy with the product and people we dealt with. Recently, we saved up enough money to buy more windows and doors. We unfortunately did not have enough time to install ourselves so we decided to hire Centra to remove and install the new windows and doors. We were not satisfied with the final result nor the lack of follow up. We were very satisfied with the saleman, especially dealing with the "window issue" ;until he stopped communicating with us. Fortunately, finally, I ended up talking to Rod or maybe Rob , the head installation manager. He sent over the "real deal" installers, Greg and Kurtis. They quickly made us feel that we would be taken care of, and that all our concerns were valid, and would be corrected. I am two heads about my experience with Centra....I will make my final decision once I have accessed the workmanship of the completed job.
