The good: Decent job. They arrived on time and on the agreed upon day with the agreed upon materials, mostly. The team was fast and efficient. 10-12 workers onsite. They took little to no breaks and worked into the evening. The bad: Absolutely terrible communication. Texts after 10pm telling me they had to reschedule and was like pulling teeth to get a new date agreed on. Rarely answers the phone and voice-mail is routinely full. Just really annoying. I saw a few pallets of lower grade shingles in the truck and never could tell if those specific ones made it on my roof. Same color, same manufacturer but different grade. I'm convinced there is a mix in my roof. Warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Window flashing was damaged during install and not replaced. Gutters improperly leveled and water overflows every time it rains. I told the foreman twice that I was concerned about this particular area during instal and he assured me that all was fine. It was not. Useless. I was able to reach them once to arrange rework but appointment after appointment was canceled. Eventually, no replies on the phone or text at all. I was really disappointed and left with these flaws on my new roof. Our neighbor used this company and they came highly recommended. But I would never use them again
