I paid the buyout amount of $2352.66 (actual cost about $1000) for my hot water tank but they are still sending monthly bills. They don't talk on the phone properly if you tell them to close the account. They ignore you on Facebook, X & LinkedIn messages as well. NO option of closing the account on their website.
