Site inspection, administration, and interaction with the crew were all extremely pleasant. They were patient, explained things well, and were very personable. I enjoyed working with this team. The work itself was efficient and they easily managed the physical space to get everything in place. They provided regular updates and took care while moving through the home. My only concern was with clean-up. We have a toddler and I understand these kinds of jobs can be messy but if they could have left the room with the attic hatch, nearest hallway and stairs leading to the 2nd floor in better condition than they found it, that would have given us somewhat greater comfort. As it was, I had to conduct an extra cleaning just to be sure toddler didn't find anything on the ground and attempt to eat it. All in all, it wasn't a mess but helping out new parents would feel so good.
