Pest Zone truly deserves the 10/10 rating. I can’t thank Gancy enough for all of his help. We’d been struggling to get rid of what we though were fruit flies for more than two months. Not only did Gancy talk with us in several conversations to give us suggestions to manage the issue, he also came to our house for an inspection- all of this entirely for FREE. It was way beyond what he needed to do to help us and we are so thankful. He correctly identified the issue as drain flies, not fruit flies, and then told us exactly what we needed to do to fix this issue. Initially it looks fruit fly but the remedy which I gave to you and does not work than I realized that definitely it is drain fly, so I came personally there to figure out situations. For me at that time does not look any serious issue, so it does not make a sense for any Extermination. As I informed follow it and see how does it go. If required than we can proceed.
