We had a raccoon get into our attic via the soffit on the second floor of our house. We called Empire and they were out within two hours. They came and secured other potential areas of access with a wire mesh, then installed a one way door for the raccoons to exit from. They also accessed the attic to search for the animals to see if they were in there at the time. What stops me from giving a better rating is the communication was a little lacking. I also wish that when removing the one way door that they had informed us and that soffit were not left open so that smaller creatures can get it. The finished product was not how I would have done it if I had access to a ladder that could reach that part of my roof.

I had paid for Deluxe alarms to install speaker wires, but the builder drywalled over them 3 yrs ago. I called Deluxe Alarms and Melinda was quick and professional. She had a tech come out and locate the wires for me.

Newer home and builder installed doors, I installed openers. Doors would open and close fine but just really louid. Call Dodds to come out and assess what could be the problem. 1.5 hr flat rate at $78/hr was a bit much but when they came out they advised that the builder had painted the spring which was causing the excessive noise. Technician lubricated the spring and all the hinges and roller and even left a can of the lube. Overall I was satisfied.
