I spoke to Jeff on the phone and it was the beginning of the super service I received. He was personable, funny, and clearly an expert in his field. Steve and Rob (gee, I hope I got your name correctly) came to clean my love seats and wall-to-wall carpet. Steve examined the furniture and assessed there was a risk to deep cleaning them due to their age (about 27 yrs) as seen by the hard, brittleness of the fabric. I appreciated his expert candour in saving me money. I plan to re-upholster them. The light coloured carpet had terribly dirty traffic paths and stains and cat urine. I am amazed how well the carpet came out. It looks and smelled so much better. It dried within a day, unlike another cleaner years ago who left us a giant, noisy fan to dry the wet carpet. Steve and Rob gave me suggestions on the type of upholstery I should look for. They are wonderful people; I felt comfortable with them and they are experts. Thank you! This review doesn't fully demonstrate how happy I am with the results.

I deliberated for 3 years deciding on a roofer. I finally chose The Roof Technician, not because Ilia's price was comparable to some other roofers, but because, during the quote assessment, he actually got up on my roof - the only roofer who did; his integrity in not up-selling shingles or quoting on the cheapest; his automatic inclusion of the underlay; and, his commitment to his workmen, that convinced me to hire Ilir and Arta. The job was done in early July 2019 and his staff were hardworking and cheerful. It was good to see Ilir involved onsite getting on the roof, explaining things to me, having his workers take photographs as the job progressed, and helping clean up. So happy! Highly recommend.
