My dishwasher broke down. I called Handy Appliance because they do service as well as sales, something that I believe is important. The technician arrived on time, calling ahead to confirm the appointment, installed the new unit, removed the old, and took all the materials with him. A perfect job, and a happy customer. Sounds easy, but try to get this service from many other suppliers.
