Company VERY unprofessional. Ordered countertops September 24th and paid 50% deposit. Was advised by sales rep that since busy orders are delivered within 90days, fair statement seeing how the contract states about 2.5 months. Received email from rep on November 21st stating how manager has advised our countertops will be in first week of January. My wife had contacted them the last week of December to be told, there had been a delay and now they will not be here until mid to late January. I had called as we currently no longer have countertops and asked what was going on and why my wife had to call in to find this out the week before they were supposed to arrive. Management stated then it would be here January 14, so we waited some more. Come January 12th we received phone call stating now it wont arrive til January 25th, and we would receive a phone call first week of February. We requested to cancel the order and receive our deposit back as 4 months of waiting is unacceptable. Have been trying to reach management for the past two weeks, calling without anyone returning our calls, only to find out they will not refund us our deposit if we cancel we will have to eat the cost. And, there is nothing they will do for us since we bought a cheap slab of granite. Would NEVER recommend am extremely dissatisfied with their lack of customer service, their unorganized manner and un professional tactics. Don't be fooled by their Calgary locations (head office) A+ better business bureau rating, they are the head office to the Edmonton branch who is sitting at an F- rating with already 7 complaints. They were as un responsive & un helpful as this location. This company will take your money and take their sweet teet time dealing with you. Do not use unless you have a million years to wait for your product.

First off I would like to say how extremely pleased I am with my windows and doors! Elliott from the get go just seemed to fully understand mine and my husbands taste to a T. He was professional and passionate about his job, this alone had inspired us, since we had received quotes from about five different window companies who all seemed to just be going through the motions. It was so re assuring that the president of the company took his time out of his day to meet with us and provide us with a quote and a full explanation to any questions that arose. He had illustrated our front door for us, and it came out better than I ever could have imagined. My french doors are lovely and our windows are impeccable. We could not be happier. The installation process was quick and efficient, we did not even need to be there, which was nice to not have to miss work. The employees were trust worthy and helped to make a part of our home stunning. I strongly feel this company is very customer oriented, (which was a breath of fresh air for us, since we have been dealing with some awful vendors lately), it was nice to feel like we mattered, and mostly that it wasn't just a get the money and run company. Elliott, did not take our final payment until he personally came and did a walk through with us to ensure satisfaction. This company has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and we could not be happier. If you would like windows at an affordable price with great customer satisfaction, I would definitely recommend dealing with Weiss. We have already referred friends and family and will continue to do so. We are hoping to build a home in the near future and will definitely be back to contract work through Weiss again.
