Asked me the information about my vehicle, went into his amazing mobile workstation (new very beautiful Mercedes Benz with some very advanced technology had my 2 keys made completely by scratch within 13 min. Very happy with his service. I,m very glad after get my new keys within this short time. He is totally amazing person. Definitely call him again for my furthers locksmith needs.

Danny was very helpful and friendly. He came on time and installed my door deadbolt perfectly. Totally amazing service!!

Fantastic service - and quick. Our door doorknob/lock (to house) broke and froze after 15 years' service. He came over within 20 minutes of our call and installed a new knob/locking system and set it up for the same key we had been using for our house. World-class service, good price, fine young service tech who explained our options and quickly went to work. Will be calling Master Locksmith for any and all similar service needs in the future.

We contacted this company of Nepean, Ottawa and they made an appointment right away. The technician Danny came out was thorough, respectful, quick and was able to assist us in the transfer of all of our locking systems/ They made recommendations which not only saved us money, but ease of use, and more secure and manageable system, which put our family's safety in the forefront. I called them for assistance on July 30th (I realize my review is a bit late). After coming home from work, I found that the latch on the door to my bedroom had stuck open after I unlocked it. When I called them , it was after hours, almost 8:00 in the evening. The service technician, Ben arrived 20 minutes after my call. Not only did he arrive in record time, but he was courteous, professional and fast. While he was there, I asked him if he would check our the door as it had the same kind of lock and I didnt want to have the same issue again. He was nice enough to change that lock for us as well. I was really impressed with the service we received. The icing on the cake is that this was done after hours for a very reasonable fee . Theyre excellent!

Wonderful fast service! They are kind and understanding and very professional. They worked with me and my specific situation to get the job done effectively and took a huge weight off my shoulders. They were out in ten minutes and unlocked my door in under a minute!!!

They were one of a few companies that responded to my request on Google and had the best price. Danny called me when on his way and he was very professional and extremely personable. He was able to cut a manual key for my car that didn't exist and had to come back with a fob that would work for my car. He came back after work to try the fob he had and unfortunately it didn't work. He came back again on another day to find a fob that worked. Ultimately he found a fob that worked. I am extremely happy with the service that Danny provided. If you needs any kind of locksmith service then call them I hope you will definitely satisfied with their service.

The technician was amazing and was quick to come out and help me get into my rental house after a key broken issue with the front door lock. I was very stressed but He worked quickly and made a copy of my key also pricing is fair given it was an emergency call to change out the lock and get access! Thanks man!
