On the day of the reno, Raouf and his very friendly team showed up on time and removed two load bearing walls in just one day. All they left behind was my brand-new open concept space. When my husband and I discovered our home renovation would require structural work, we knew that hiring the right company would be extremely important. From the first point of contact Raouf impressed me with an immediate call back and requesting a site visit. He came to look at the potential project in person, which was a noticeable difference from other companies we have contacted right off the hop. He then provided us with a complete itemized quote and once hired continued to go back and forth with us with updates as far as timing and preparation. The price was reasonable, but it was his service-oriented nature that won us over. He also communicated directly with our engineer whenever necessary to discuss several changes that came once the work began. We had to live in our house with our small kids while the work was being done and can attest that each day Raouf and his team went over and above to ensure that the site was clean and safe for our family to continue to function with our typical day-to-day activities. I felt an immediate sense of relief and trust in him and his team once I saw their work ethic each day. There was also a major structural issue in our house that was noticed by Raouf. We had no choice but to lean heavily on his knowledge and expertise to recommend a solution that could satisfy the engineers requirements and also affordable. Once again, we were relieved as the process and final outcome exceeded our expectations. The work ethic and professionalism of him and his team was unlike any tradespeople Ive ever worked with before. Dynamic Wall Removal helped us with removing 2 load bearing walls and replacing them with LVL beams. Rauf is so professional, very friendly and really organized. He and his team showed up on time, did such a great job, cleaned up the jobsite and left.

They make sure your company looks good in front of your clients. When it comes to the 100+ years old houses, Raouf is the guy you want to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and know how to solve the many surprising issues on spot. and believe me those housed are full of surprises.
They dug and pour footings, opened a double brick exterior wall for a big sliding door and installed 3 heavy steel beams in a timely manner. Highly recommended and I wish we had more trades like them.

Raouf was a dream to work with. He was very communicative the entire process. As one can imagine, structural work and renovations can be anxiety inducing, but Raouf went above and beyond to ease my stress! He offered a fair price and was able to accommodate the timing of the project in conjunction with the other trades. Raouf and his team were respectful of our home and left the job site very tidy. The job was complicated as we live in a 100 year old house that was mostly being held together with scotch tape -- now I can rest assured that the house is structurally sound thanks to Raouf!

We wanted to create an open concept in our house, and we wanted it to be done RIGHT. We spoke to many General contractors and realized this is a job for a Structural specialist. We then refined our search and connected with a few structural experts. We got the reference of Raouf (Dynamic Wall removal) from Homestars and once we spoke to him we realized he has the knowledge and can handle our project. We did also visit his site where he was doing a major structural renovation of a 100+ yrs heritage home, this gave us additional confidence as the job site we visited was on a much larger scale. We signed up with Raouf and once we were ready all of it was smooth sailing. He and his team are very professional, came on time and kept the place very neat and clean. We had the first inspection for the footing and it passed without any problems. The second inspection was also good. As a Structural Engineer / specialist the work Raouf and his team do is not visible but is very very important as the whole house rests on this structure. So they deserve equal if not more credit than the general contractors who do cosmetic work.

Our main floor now looks huge, it was very choppy earlier. We would like to thank Raouf and his team for all their hard work and helping us with this open concept.

The structural work was a major part of our house renovation.
Raouf from Dynamic Wall Removal was introduced to us by our General contractor and it was such a relief to meet him and his team since our structural work wasnt an easy one and we needed a real professional team the execute the job. Interestingly they started with organizing and decluttering the jobsite and keep it the same tile the very end. Raouf and his team were incredible and very gracious with their time to help plan and execute flawlessly. I have nothing but praise for Raouf and his team who worked really hard to meet our deadline.
