Raouf and his team were very good to work with. We purchased a home from out of province and they worked with us remotely in the beginning to help us identify our best options for maximizing space while keeping a sound structure to our new home.

They completed the work on time and on budget and all of their team were very respectful and did a very nice job cleaning up.

They also recommended very good trades to help us do the electrical work as well.

It took us a while to decide who to hire for our structural work However, after our initial meeting with Raouf from Dynamic we knew we need to look no further. He connected us with his structural engineer, and they took care of the entire process from design to city permit to final inspection. The entire team were professional and very detailed. Raouf took the time to walk us through every step of the project. His Communication was excellent, no call or text was unanswered even on weekends! What made us even more satisfied that he connected us to a Cabinet maker to finish our kitchen and we are extremely happy with his service and price too.
Overall, we were extremely impressed by Dynamics work and service and would recommend them to anyone whos looking for a structural contractor !!

The price quoted was the price paid. Raouf and his team began the job on time. The team was careful to put up plastic sheets and fans to reduce the dust and dirt to other parts of the house. The job was finished in a timely fashion and the place cleaned up each day. Raouf read and followed the drawings provided by our engineer. Everything looks good!

Dynamic Wall Removal is the best structural contractor that I've ever worked with thus far. We came across DWR when doing research for load-bearing wall removal. Raouf was the one who took our call, and he made our project way easier from that moment on. At first, we wanted to have only 1 wall removed, but after consultation from Raouf, we got confidence to pursuit with bigger, bolder plan of 25 ft opening. Raouf helped us with the proper process that from following consultation from a structural engineer to completing the project flawlessly. His crew was also as professional as he has presented from the day we met him. Throughout project, DWR executed the plan with a perfect timeline, no delay or let any obstacles got in the way that could prevent them from performing top notch quality work. Overall, DWR in general and Raouf in particular, are very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I would 200% recommend DWR to anyone that I know for load-bearing wall removal. We have some more projects lined up, and DWR and Raouf will be my contractor to go with for sure

We recently had 3 load barring walls removed at our house and replaced with one new LVL and two new steel beams. Raouf and his crew were amazing! They completed the entire project one day earlier than expected and did not leave behind a single spot of debris or dust. Any obstacles along the way were addressed immediately with the correct course of action. They were extremely professional from start to finish while also helping guide other contractors at my house to relocate any electrical and HVAC. You can trust them all the way through!

He went above and beyond taking down additional framing outside the scope of his project. His team was efficient but do not cut corners. They come with my highest recommendation.

We could not be happier with the results and process of our structural renovation! Dynamic opened up 3 rooms + a hallway into one large open-concept living area. Raouf was extremely professional, prompt and flexible. He is clearly very knowledgable about the structural field, and was able to explain everything to us in terms we could understand and feel comfortable with. He consulted us about every cut that would need to be made in our existing walls to ensure that he wasnt disrupting any of our future plans, and he worked with our electricians to make sure that their work was compatible/occurring in the right sequence. We were amazed at how speedy the process was. Pricing was more than fair - much better than other places we received quotes from. The job site was left tidy each day. Our city inspector was impressed by the work and we passed inspection easily. We trust Raoufs opinion and have consulted him on other structural questions that have come up as we continue to renovate our home.
Three things that make Dynamic/Raouf Stand Out:
1. He was on the job site everyday (unlike other contractors that leave the work to more inexperienced crews)
2. Above and beyond - He noticed a joist not in scope was cracking and procured and installed an LVL within 24 hours.
3. On Time Completion - It took Raouf's team 2 days to get the work done. Exactly what he had scoped/discussed with us.

We had an unsightly wall breaking up our living room space and wanted to remove it, but realized it was load bearing and wanted an expert to take care of the job. Raouf and his team were really helpful in planning and executing our load bearing wall removal. He was very knowledgeable about the structure of the house and made some helpful recommendations. 

The job was done on time and the team was super clean and careful about protecting the house from dust. The place looks so wide and open now and city inspection was passed with no issue. We will definitely recommend Dynamic wall removal for any open concept project.
