Timely, efficient, excellent customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend their services.

Time Management:
A time interval for arrival was provided, I was given prior notice shortly beforehand, and Beau showed up promptly (on the early end of the interval).
Initial diagnostics was performed immediately, repair the next day, and returned within 2 hours upon request to address a possible issue (was assured everything was fine).
Repair was completed efficiently. All electronic services were timely.

Cost & Repair:
Initial diagnostic cost was waived after agreement to repairs (competitive with the market). Full cost seemed reasonable, and parts vs. labour breakdown was provided in the invoice and receipt.
Washer was repaired (support spring had broken) and the machine is now functional. Beau tested performance before leaving.

Customer Service:
Both Beau (repair technician) and Jessica (administrative assistant) exceeded expectations. Jessica was personable, attentive, and accommodating; furthermore, the electronic customer service was very helpful. Beau was extraordinarily kind, professional, and happy to explain the work or answer any concerns. He put in a lot of effort to ensure that the repair was done well and that I was happy with the service.

I called to have my microwave repaired. The door switch was faulty. I was quoted $180 to replace the $7 switch. It took 20 minutes to replace the switch. I also asked him to look at my fridge while he was there as it was leaking water from the freezer. He had quoted $49 to look at the fridge. It was a frozen drain pipe that just needed to be defrosted. I was charged an additional $140 to defrost a hose that took 15 minutes to do.
So my labour bill was $340 for one hour of work. That seems very very high to me. I did complain about the labour charge so he did reduce the labour down to $280 for the hour. Still pretty high in my opinion.

Beau was phenomenal! Personable, reliable and quick! He went above and beyond giving me tips and advice on maintaining my appliances going forward. He will definitely be my appliance tech here on out (And my family and friends’! :) )

Great service - Beau was able to quickly diagnose the problem (seized fan motor), ordered the part, and completed the repair a week later. Now my oven is a quieter than it was when we first bought it!

I love the professional service. I received a text saying the service man was enroute. When he got to our house he was very pleasant and fast. He wore special covers on his shoes to protect our home. This appointment was confirmed with a text message that gave us a picture of Beau, the date and time of our appointment, our address and an outline of what was needing repair. Beau arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, provided us with a written quote and scheduled a convenient time to complete the repair.
