Anwar was great to deal with. I was on a really tight schedule after another structural engineer cancelled at the last minute. Anwar came and saved the day, he was able to complete the assessment and provide the report within a few hours, it was amazing and without his quick turnaround my entire renovation would have been delayed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Anwar and ASR.
