I selected Mitchell and Co. Construction after obtaining quotes from 3 other contractors. Mitch was honest, polite and professional during our initial visit and throughout the entire job. His price was not the lowest of the estimates I obtained but was the most reasonable and only included the work that needed to be done. Mitch always had time to answer my questions, no many how many I had!
The crew Mitch sent to do the demo and re-build worked quickly despite the intense heat and humidity. In particular, Kyle and his assistant, worked tirelessly to get the rebuild completed despite the intense heat, humidity and rain. Again, anytime I had a question, Kyle was more than happy to pause and provide me an answer; if he did not have the answer then he would find out for me. If Kyle was ever unsure about anything during the job, he would ask me without hesitation.
I truly felt part of the entire project at every step of the way. I was kept well informed and updated on not only the progress to date but the target tasks for each phase of the project each day.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Mitchell and Co. Construction and I heartily recommend them. I will not hesitate to contact Mitch again for my next project.
