Shelley was fantastic from start to finish! She came to our place to discuss in length our options. Someone else came to do exact measurements once we finalized our selection. The blinds arrived and we installed ourselves, which was VERY easy (amazingly!) All the staff was very friendly, professional and timely.
Overall a great experience in the ordering process. We are so happy with our blinds - colour, fabric, function. They are just what we wanted!

Roman shades for living room

Budget Blinds Ottawa is the place to go for window treatments. They have beautiful textiles, excellent workmanship, great customer service and a very reasonable price point.
My Roman shades are perfect and I have no hesitation referring Budget Blinds Ottawa.

Amazing service and excellent after care... Shelley was excellent in guiding me towards finding the the right look for my shades. Their 5 Year No Questions asked Warranty really saved the day when I inadvertently burnt one of them with my candles! They replaced the blinds without delay! I highly recommend Budget Blinds for the service, quality products and rock solid warranty. Shelley was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Very happy with the prompt service from Budget Blinds. The design consultant was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to show me a number of options. The quality for the price was excellent. The installer was great. We would recommend Budget Blinds to anyone who asked.

The staff was very helpful, they even provided ideas and recommendations for us. The pricing was also fair for the products we got. The products were also very good quality, and there was a lot of choice in stock. And the service was great!
