Caspian laid a concrete pad and sidewalk last year. I called them again because I needed a concrete pad and roof built in the backyard (my grandson decided he wanted a forge!). The structure really fits well and is super stable. But Caspian, especially Payam provide so much more value. One day when they were here building the forge, the bathroom cabinet fell off the wall and broke. Payam came in, removed the broken cabinet and sent one of his staff to source a replacement and installed it. That was huge and demonstrated the total service orientation of this company. I couldnt recommend them more highly.

As a home owner, the most important quality you look for in a contractor is truth snd honesty. From this, you get trust. Once there is trust, the relationship becomes a great one. I appreciated Payams openness and genuine approach to his work. He treated my home as if it were his. He did a great job and we were very satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him and his team for any project and will be certainly return to him for any of my future home Reno needs.

Professional, Friendly, Hard Working, Competent are a few words I would describe Caspian Development group. Payam and his crew were always there on time and on budget. The front of the house is run like a well oil machine and Mahsa is a real pleasure to deal with.

They did all of our landscaping (front and back) as well as a basement renovation which we were thrilled about.

Prices are fair and scheduling and timing to completion are always very accurate.

We needed to rebuild the exterior wall to our garage this past summer and CDG was able to do so for us without issue. The team was professional, provided accurate quotes and adjusted said quotes appropriately as the work continued. The team was flexible, extremely kind and were very happy with the end result. We have additional work to complete in the next year and will absolutely be calling on CDG.

This was actually the second job that they had completed for me, I hired them to renovate a very odd and outdated laundry room area in my old home earlier this year. I was so pleased that I didn't hesitate to hire them again.
I have more work to do with the condo and will be hiring them to complete that once I'm ready. They are reasonably priced and are very professional, I highly recommend them for any renovation project small or large.

Payam and the crew at CDG have pulled off a miracle! I have been long overdue for a huge redo of my backyard unfortunately after calling many companies who would not take on the job because of the logistics of my house CDG came to the rescue I only ended up getting 2 quotes and the one Payam gave me was half the price so it made it and easy decision. Payam worked with me to get every little detail right and came back to fix anything that popped up after the job was complete. I can’t wait for phase 2 next year hope to be on homestars short list for backyard of the year! Would definitely recommend for pretty much any job going forward they will be my first call. I called Caspian Development Group to quote on a Stone Patio in my backyard, Payam came over and asked what I had envisioned, I told him and he made some very important points as to how it can be done properly.
once I agreed on his contract it took just a few days for his crew to show up.
His team is very realiable, pleasant and hard working.
and the Jobsite was always kept clean and organized,
these points are very important and show the quality of a Company..
I will have them do more things and also neighboughr’s have had them
miscellaneous things.

We have a large irregular backyard, and a lot of unused corners. Caspian designer came up with a few creative designs, we picked one and in a few days they built this deck with L-shaped planter. Even took the courtesy to fully rodent proof the deck, and used granular sand to fill the base. Very happy with the results. Absolutely recommend them and will go back with other projects.
