Ariel is absolutely amazing. Diagnoses the problem fixes it and cleans up after himself like he was never there.. Price is great especially knowing they know what they are doing. Thank you so much for fixing our fridge. I will highly recommend you to all my past customers and clients as I was a former manager for Sears Canada Appliance. I'm happy our paths have crossed. We contacted alpha tech at the end of July about our fridge, which wasn't cooling. The technician charged us over $400 without providing an invoice breaking down the cost of parts vs labour. Having spoken with others about similar jobs it seems we may have been over charged.

Despite the technician's insistence that this would be a long-term fix the same problem with the fridge recurred only 6 weeks later. They only guarantee work for a month, so we are in the same position as we were in late July but out almost $500 for the cost of repair + taxes. I would strongly dissuade anyone from going to Alpha Tech.

Update: After posting this review the company contacted me offering to re-do the repair at no cost. We decided to purchase a new fridge anyway so I can't comment on the quality of that work, but I've amended my review to reflect this new information.

Ariel is a reliable and responsible for his work. He came and fixed my washer in my home Woodbridge area, he finished job with his high responsibility and gave a good satisfaction work.

There was a misunderstanding of what was wrong with my refrigerator but the company is going to refund me my money which makes me very happy so I will be giving this company a good review

Ariel was courteous, on time, and effective. He was clear about possible problems and options. He explained the options and the plan for repair clearly. We understand our next steps and appreciated the help and explanations.

Ari from Alpha Tech came to fix our stove right away. It was so impressive how efficient and professional he was. Friendly, too. Good price ... problem solved within an hour!

I posted about my condo stracked washer/dryer issue (would not spin) on HomeStars and received an e-mail and phone call within a few minutes. Brittany was lovely on the phone and coordinated service to arrive on the same day as the call. Ariel texted me when he was on the way, and was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had all of the parts with him, and worked quickly and effectively. Ariel advised us of the dryer issues and showed us the parts that were broken. (He gave us some usage tips for future as well.) I would highly recommend his services. Fast, and reliable. Very impressed with both Brittany and Airel.

I posted my repair request to Homestars on a Sunday evening and had a response from Alpha Tech within an hour. We were able to get a service visit within 24 hours of our discussions. Ariel had the problem diagnosed very quickly and all parts were available on his truck. The fix was done quickly and he borrowed our vacuum cleaner to make sure that he left everything spick and span. We highly recommend Ariel and will use Alpha Tech again!

Ariel and his team were a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, thoughtful and thorough, and took the time to explain the work being performed. He didn't hesitate to return to address a small lingering issue, and worked quickly during each visit. Would happily turn to Alpha Tech again for any future service or repair needs.
