Aqua Resist Waterproofing Toronto

We hired (and fully paid) Aquaresist for a basement excavation and walkout (with underpinning). We have a signed contract, too. More than 5 months since the start of the job, it remains incomplete, and AquaResist is MIA/refuses to show. Not only that, key aspects of the job were so poorly done that we had to hire other contractors to come in and re-do and fix parts of the job, including the concrete steps, at our own cost of over $3000. Now, AquaResist are refusing to even show up to finish the job (after TONs of days where they said they would come, but didn't), and refuse to reimburse us as promised for the out of pocket costs we had to pay to other contractors to repair their shoddy work.

They would constantly promise to show up and do work on the agreed schedule, and would fail to show up for weeks at a time. Promises were broken on a daily basis.

Its now winter, making finding other contractors to do the remaining parts of the job harder to find and more expensive. The basement walkout is incomplete, defective and needs at least another $4000 out of pocket to repair the shoddy work and finish. Aqua Resist have taken our money and refused to even show up.
