I’m really impressed with level of service and professionalism. I have never used this company before. I was informed they would be coming within 2 hours or so. Within an hour received a call from Tahir the technician, advising me that he would be arriving in half hour. He was punctual, very polite, started working diligently and assessed the issue. I was told that it might be the heating system, might need to order part, and might be back next day.
Later in the evening, around 900:pm, Tahir called me, again extremely polite, and asked me to verify if there was still water
dripping, and if any ice accumulation. To my very pleasant surprise it was totally dry and no dripping! He sounded pleased, and further explained he had tried something, and was 99% sure the problem had been fixed. This kind of service is rare. I will definitely use Pro Choice in the future, and will recommend to all my friends/family
