This company is absolutely amazing! Everyone was kind, hardworking, and skilled. We are thrilled with the outcome of their work! They were so efficient and got the whole job done in 4.5 working days (there was some rain in between). I highly recommend!

Had a retaining wall built along the back fence and power washed the interlock brick. The work was slated to begin in August, what a surprise to find out they could start at the end of June.

We hired Action Home Services to replace the sod in the front and back yards, as well as pressure wash our backyard patio, fill it with new polymeric sand and seal it. We also needed to have a number of patio stones re-levelled due to sinking earth and a new border of river rock installed around the patio. Eugene and his amazing team did a job that even a picky and stubborn Aquarius could be happy with. We had a slight problem when our new sod started to brown even with constant watering and so they came back out to our house right away to re-roll the new sod and ensure that it was making contact with the newly applied and settling top soil. After this was done, the sod came to life. It was great to know that I could rely on them to come back quickly to resolve an issue.

We hired Action Home Service in the Fall of 2020 to install a pathway and river rock around a large maple tree. We’ve always had so-so experience with contractors, however they were great! I was very happy with the results that I hired them again this spring to install new sod, cedars and build new wooden steps off of our kitchen. I must highlight they have EXCEPTIONAL customer service. If anything doesn’t seem right they are on it right away to make even the smallest change. Our backyard has always been a place we enjoy spending time and now even MORE!

John and his team were fantastic.

We hired AHS to completely renovate our front and backyards following a major home renovation. This involved grading, detailed stonework, building a retaining wall, fencing, front and back decks with railings, a concrete parking pad and planting. From getting the first quote to completing the finishing touches, the AHS was always on schedule, responsive to our requests as well as neighbours' requests, and they stayed within budget. The end product is high quality. We are really enjoying our new outdoor space! Highly recommend.
