Very friendly and knowledgeable

Very punctual and professional. Explained how he will work and got rid of major stains. The cleaning process is a bit noisy and we did our office work from the patio. He loves everything to do with normal to expensive carpets and you can see the passion in his eyes. In short he did a good job.
