Good appointment scheduling (ie exact time, not a window, am or pm). Friendly technician who was willing to explain anything. After a few questions I just left him to do his job. Great job and completed in estimated time. Clean up was also perfect unlike my previous experience with another company. Very impressed and would certainly recommend.

Miguel was thorough and quick. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The before and after photos he provided really helped to see the actual work done. He even cleared our dryer vents for no additional cost! Very happy with the service provided.

Miguel the tech and the owner of Bytown Duct Cleaning was very professional. What I appreciated was his attention to detail from the equipment he uses and how he stores it, to the thoroughness of the cleaning of the ducts themselves. He was patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and he took time to explain what he was doing and why.
After he finished he came back in with a portable vacuum to clean any dust or dust bunnies that got on the floors from the cleaning...I was stunned!
