Best roof replacement experience ever!
A number of homeowners in my neighborhood have already used Young Guns in the past and recommended them to me. I heard lots of great comments about Young Guns that i didn't even shop around to other companies.
Brad was super responsive from the get go, I received the detailed quote in less than 24 hrs and confirmed a date for the work shortly thereafter. Communication from Brad has been excellent, from the inquiry stage to booking, to the days leading up to the work date, and even while he was onsite.
He found a section of shingles on a bay window that was still fairly new due to a recent leak repair and offered to refund me the cost for that section since it didnt need to be redone. Now that is pure integrity on his part and I was super impressed!! There was a small hiccup with very minor damage to the interior ceiling, but Brad quickly rectified it and made sure it was fully repaired within 24 hours. That was certainly going above and beyond!
Brad and his team kept the site super tidy and cleaned up well afterwards and were very respectful of the outdoor furniture, planters, etc. They made sure all the tiny nails were picked up especially as I have two small kids running around.
Overall, I was very happy with the entire experience, not to mention that our roof looks great! Thank you so much Brad!
