Popcorn ceiling removal and painting
Tyler and his team came to do our popcorn ceiling and painting. There were a couple of mistakes and misunderstanding however, Tyler made sure that everything was fixed, so I am very satisfied with the after-service.

Popcorn ceiling removal and painting
This is a difficult review to post because Tyler is a really nice guy who was punctual and professional. Overall the popcorn ceiling removal was done very well except for a few spots that were missed . However, when it came to painting, I was not impressed by how sloppy his team was. There were paint splattered and smudged on the window frames and door frames, trims and baseboards, which I pointed out to Tyler and his team to touch up. They only fixed a few and ignored the others. All the reviews here says that his team left no mess and all the light fixtures were put back. None of mine were put back and all the smoke detectors were still hanging by their wires. Tyler is super responsive and responds to txt mgs within minutes but as soon as he got paid, he didn't answer his phone or responded when I mentioned the unfinished work. Not only that, they left a whole box of garbage, Tim Hortons cup and cigarette buds.....The whole house was still so dusty. I really wanted to give a good review because the team was nice. But nice doesnt cut it when the work is sloppy and if I have to repeat instructions way too many times and they still don't do it properly. It was obvious they wanted to leave and just get it over and done with. Ok for popcorn ceiling removal. Not so much painting.
