Found ad on kijiji and found this site helpful with great reviews. Sometimes you never know what service you will get with kijiji ad but I’m really glad I found this company. There price was by far the best for furnace, and it was also very easy to communicate with Tyrone through text messages. He even told me about union gas rebate which we looked into further and because we were doing windows and furnace, the attic insulation paid for itself plus we will receive additional money back. Wills Brothers does both furnace install and attic insulation and the 2 employees did both in 8 hours (took a long time to do our furnace due to extra work with venting). There was small things overlooked like a door not being able to close due to a vent but we just told one of the employees and he fixed it right away. The other employee did not speak English but the other one did so it was not an issue. They were on time and pleasant- would recommend.

We needed a new furnace immediately. Called Tyrone and we had a deal in place and the furnace was installed next day. Installers were efficient and professional.

I’m very happy with the AC and install. They came out quickly in the summer and did a professional and clean installation. I can’t recommend them enough. I waited a few months before posting a review just to make sure everything continued to operate properly which it has.

I spoke with Tyrone. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. My space now looks great with my tankless water heater. He was really professional and got me exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend him.

I spoke to Tyrone through a colleague of mine prior to retiring from 35 years of Policing. Tyrone was extremely polite and helpful to deal with. He explained the most appropriate requirements and the installation process for both my children’s houses. He is prompt at returning calls and as I wrote, very helpful. Tyrone has arranged four furnace and air conditioning installations for me in the past three years. Will and his guys did an excellent job on all installations. I have also recommended Tyrone and Will to my friends and family.

Hired Will for doing complete duct work, Furnace installation and AC installation. Very happy with the work performed since it was on time and budget. Will is very calm and composed guy who would listen and understand the needs while running intricate duct works. As well he never asked for payments which was surprising since usually Companies want payments upfront. Only issue may be where his crew does not speak much of English which sometimes becomes tricky to communicate.
Definitely recommend for HVAC needs.

Tyrone worked hard to find a suitable system for my home in a timely manner. His installer did a thorough job and the system works well. Very happy with how this turned out.

Tyrone, the sales representative talked on the phone was professional and courteous and answered our questions politely He honoured and delivered promise on getting our new furnace installed the next day to get our new central air up and running. The installers from this company was experienced, professional and friendly. We are extremely happy with the service. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Tyrone was easy to work with and completed the work on schedule promised.
Install was not easy as this was a new install in an older home. His installers were very efficient , quick, and extremely polite.

My family and I are very pleased with the service provided by Tyrone and his team at Wills Brothers Home Service. Richard, the master electrician, came by to do an inspection and did an amazing job the following day converting our ancient fuse box to an updated breaker panel. Then, a few days later, Will, the A/C installer took his time to install a new unit for the first time in our home. There were a few complications, but the job was well done and all measures were taken to complete the job and have our AC working that night. We had a problem today and Tyrone sent Will to check on the situation and got the issue resolved quickly. I would highly recommend Tyrone and his team for the great service they provide.
