Property Systems Inspection

This review is long overdue. Steve goes over and beyond the call of duty. No words can express our deep respect and gratitude for him. Not only has he inspected two homes for us over the years, each time, he does a fantastic job educating us while he meticulously finds important things to be fixed in house.
We trust Steve in our house. Every time I call him about a question, he strives to solve it over the phone. One time after the inspection was done, I sent him an email and immediately he was on his way to my house. Not only did he help me figure out the issue in the house, he also helped me fix the water heater too. My problem was solved and He saved me calling the company with his expertise and dedication. We trust Steve in all our housing needs. Steve goes over everything and is very pleasant and we trust him in our home. He is passionate about what he does and he is very very good at it. His report is thorough, clear and easy to understand. My husband and I feel very lucky to have found Steve, because not everyone does a good job nowadays- but Steve is the top in his knowledge in this field- and he is so passionate about his work that he even refused to charge me for any house call he made after the inspection was over. Steve conducted a home inspection on a house recently purchased by myself as an agent; he was on-time and precise with the time for the job. The inspection lasted approximately three hours and was extremely thorough - as I was in attendance, Steve took the time to explain the different items he was inspecting and why, in addition to discussing the possible outcomes that may arise for each issue. The price paid was well worth the quality of the inspection, and I would not hesitate in recommending Steve to anyone!

So we talked to Steve to inspect a house we intended to buy. Previously he worked for another company named AA Elite Home Inspection and was awarded the best inspector for multiple years in Toronto area and now he moved to Burlington and works independently. He also had done an inspection for one of our friends and they recommended his service to us. He is a complete professional in his work. From the very first moment he went through to smallest details and he explained everything to us. Not only he inspected the current condition of the house, he also informed me about all the maintenance works and improvements we can do when we move in. He made sure that everything is checked in the house and he even checked some of the more important things such as water leakage a few times in different time intervals. After the inspection with a very little time, he gave us a very professional detailed report including a lot of photos and informative articles about our house which really impressed me.
Even after the inspection he addresses all our concerns with patience which is above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend Steve's services to our friends and to anyone who is looking for a professional home inspector.
