Costard Renovation

We had put off doing some interior work based on concerns of costs and what to do, Rodrigo did a good job of limiting what needed to be done and suggesting next steps. His quote broke out the materials and labour to help us understand where the money was going (unlike some other contractors we have seen - who just give a single price). We actually ended up adding some more work once we felt comfortable with him, and for the few items that were not perfect after cleanup was done, Rodrigo insisted on coming back to redo/finish them up. If dealing with other contractors was this easy we would have done it long ago!

I was very comfortable working with Rodrigo and I quickly became confident in his abilities and knowledge. As a result, my project list expanded but he was still able to complete the work before his next client. His prices are very reasonable. He was considerate and communicated well throughout the project. I was happy with the process and the results of the bathroom and living room renos.
I will definitely have him back for my next renos and I have already told my friends and family about him.

tore down existing porch on each of two sides of the semi detached home. Existing porch was sitting on wood timbers and not attached to home. One large porch across both units was built on solid concrete footings and secured to the structure of the home. Porch work is well known in the neighborhood and the envy of many. Professional work, excellent execution at a cost well worth the delivered end product. Cost included all materials. Highly recommended.
