Costard Renovation

I have had a great experience with Rodrigo. I had some home repairs and a shower put in. It was all done in a timely fashion and on budget. The shower looks great! Rodrigo was friendly and trustworthy. Even when he had to come back to fix a minor problem, he did so promptly and at no extra cost even though I offered to pay him. I would definitely use him in the future!

We hired Rodrigo after seeing work he was doing for neighbours. Unlike other contractors we had talked to, he provided realistic timeframes and great cost estimates. Rodrigo and Mike were timely, polite, helpful in their suggestions. They left the site clean and were always there when they said they would be, something that I have never experienced with any other contractor. The work shows that he has a real talent and the outcome far exceeded our expectations. And the price never changed. Highest recommendations for Rodrigo.

Excellent. From start to finish, Rodrigo and his partner were professional, helpful, timely, tidy, responsive. The result is beautiful ---- new walls, ceilings, flooring, and all the trimmings and detail work. Absolutely no complaints. Will be doing a bathroom next year and will call Rodrigo and no one else!

Rodrigo was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the start of the project to the end. The project was completed on time, on budget and with exceptional workmanship and quality. This will be a different kind of reference. Rodrigo worked on a friend's place on the street while I have been tackling a project of my own. So we got to talking. I liked the work he did on my friend's place and I had a large pile of dirt on my front yard. Getting rid of dirt isn't easy in Toronto.

The bottomline here is that Rodrigo came to my house on a Saturday morning at 6:00 am to help me shovel my dirt into a trailer. The whole job cost me $150 but he wouldn't take a penny for his work. He didn't do it for some future benefit either. Never mentioned doing this review. Just did it to be helpful because that is how he views things.

We hired Rodrigo and his brother-in-law Mike to build a deck in our backyard and we couldn't be happier! Rodrigo knew exactly what we wanted, and we had to provide very little direction. Rodrigo went above and beyond our expectations. He knew exactly what we wanted, and even added little details such as lighting on the steps, and an additional gate for our bins.

We always hear nightmares about bad contractors, and how difficult it is to find a good one, but Rodrigo and Mike were amazing, and also the nicest people we've ever met! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for some work done, and will definitely use them again in the future!

To describe the quality and craftsmanship that went into building this deck, I will quote my neighbor who saw them building our deck. "Our houses might not be here after a tornado, but I can guarantee your deck will still be standing".

This company goes above and beyond your expectations. While building a barrier between our detached homes and replacing the ceiling on our porch, Rodrigo discovered I had no insulation under my master bedroom. He added it at no extra charge to me. He is always on time, polite and is an expert craftsman. Quality workmanship extraordinaire.

The quality of service I received from Costard Reno Solutions was simply superb. Rodrigo and his staff were always on time, friendly and incredibly professional. When an unanticipated problem came up due to a botched previous reno on the property, Rodrigo found an innovative solution that didn’t add to the cost of the project. He regularly updated me on progress and went out of his way to remain on budget. I have worked with several different contractors on renovations over the past decade. Not any more. Don't even think about hiring anyone else.

Had the pleasures of contracting Rodrigo for my bathroom. Extremely pleased not only with his courteous attitude but his assistants as well. I feel that I could not have chosen a better individual for my needs. Quick, clean, professional, and most importantly, high quality craftsmanship. My hubby and I desperately needed more storage in our small home. After getting 4 quotes, we decided to go with Costard Renivations because we appreciated how he walked us through what our options were. We also liked his detailed quote so we knew what the options were to stay within budget (finishing, doors, organizers, etc).

Work was done on time, on budget, professionally and cleanly.

We've already decided to use Costard again on some smaller bathroom rents and possibly finishing if we add an extension.

Would recommend in a heartbeat!
