Sometimes people question why they should get an inspection done on a condo but there were several things that we were able to identify and now you can negotiate and budget to get them repaired. Water damage it's something that needs immediate attention and repairs and I'm glad we were able to identify what needed to be done and what didn't. Thank you for allowing me to do your home inspection. It was an absolute pleasure to help you and your wife on your beautiful home inspection. Whenever there has been a big renovation I am always curious to see if it has been done correctly. Any deficiencies or safety concerns are put in the inspection report. I knew that you had kids so I even looked for those little items that could potential he be a safety concern so you could repair them or add them proactively. Thankfully that house was in absolutely fantastic condition and was built very solid. Very seldom do I see a house built to that spec and definitely not in today's quick build homes.
