It doesn't take very long, usually only two hours for a townhouse. But we were able to get a very in-depth inspection done and also show you how everything is work and how to maintain it. The past damage that we saw we were able to identify what the cause was and also confirm that there was no current moisture problems. This is not very common but this is why you get a home inspection. The 3+ hours we spend in your home allows us to identify what is normal and what isn't, for the age.
