Paul was referred by a friend to inspect a condo I wanted to purchase. He inspected everything from appliances, water pipes, gas line, checked for water leaks behind walls in the unit, underground parking, roof and building. He was very thorough and honest and explained in a simple way for me as a first time home buyer what to look for. I was extremely happy with paul's work and would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection done.
And he is a really nice guy!

He showed all the work on a laptop, presentation style.
He explained the areas of concern and took the mystery away from everything.

We used I Find It Inspections to inspect a home we were looking to purchase. Our inspector Mitch arrived early even with a heavy snow fall! We felt he was very thorough in his inspection of the property. We really enjoyed the presentation he provided on his tablet at the end of the inspection showing all deficiencies with pictures and offering helpful suggestions on how to correct those items. We were also pleased with how fast we were emailed a copy of the inspection report! We received it almost immediately after payment.
