After Paul's thorough inspection on a townhouse i was surprised to see how much little things needed to be fixed. I was hesitant on making the purchase. But Paul reassured me that the complex was a well maintained complex. He also recommended a few people that could do the fixs. After my experience with Pual i am very happy i made the choices.
