We found Paul online and decided to work with him after reading some great reviews about his services! He conducted the inspection for our very first house purchase and we couldn't be happier with his professionalism and service.
After inspecting the house, he walked us through a report highlighting the important issues and those that could be dealt with later on. Having the pictures formatted into the report on his iPad was a great way to show us exactly what kind of work is needed. He also walked us through the house so we knew exactly where the important utilities were located and how they worked (hot water tank, furnace etc.). We especially appreciated the binder he gave us with all the information about how to care for a home, it will definitely be a helpful resource for us in the coming years.
