GREAT SERVICE. My gas oven stopped heating and I had a gathering coming up, so I needed it fixed asap. Ilya was very helpful in coming out in the next day and repairing it on the spot. He explained everything to me very thoroughly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had same-day service to our first call and the problem diagnosed and part ordered. It took several weeks for the part to come but the day of its arrival the technician came and installed.

Young serviceman diagnosed the problem. He said he would contact Wolf to get estimate of part and let me know in a day or two..no word..contacted office, young lady to get back to me, no word.
Had to have problem repaired elsewhere, requested a refund of service call..manager denied request. Serviceman said it was up to me to have further help? Not reasonable.

My washer was not working. They came and assessed the problem, ordered the parts and had the washer working within a few days. The work with exactly as promised, and they did not overcharge or hit me with hidden fees.
