Phil has been conducting my HVAC inspection for the past few years. Phil's pricing is very reasonable and his workmanship is first rate. He recently installed a furnace at my residence. He showed up precisely on time, conducted himself in a professional manner and his fit-and-finish of the furnace is amazing (Phil is obviously a person who takes pride in the work he performs). He cleaned up the work area after he completed the installation, showed up a couple of days later when I mentioned a noise issue and his estimate was his final cost.

Called a few contractors for a minisplit ac/heat pump installation and Phil came in around the middle price-wise. Phil was courteous and walked me through the entire process and was very respectful to my home. A+, would recommend!

I purchased a condo and had no idea the last time my Islandaire unit was cleaned. Phillip gave me an estimated amount which included taking it apart and doing a proper thorough cleaning (not just vacuuming). When he arrived I might add on the worse winter day of April on time!. I was already impressed BUT than he looked at the unit and confirmed that it was not ready to be cleaned. SAVED me $$$$$$. Did not charge for his assessment. I will not only use him in the future but will gladly refer him to everyone in this condo and who hopefully is reading this review!! I hope he remains in business for a long time as, this day and age you do not find a business man with this kind of honest integrity! Gold STAR service. P.S he was highly recommended by Islandaire located in the states and the superintendent in the building.

Philip has maintained my gas furnace and air conditioner for years. He most recently installed a new fan motor in the furnace and worked many extra hours to ensure the motor noise level was acceptable to me.
