He ran out of money, misled us, told different stories to us and the trades, didn't pay his trades, left us with an unfinished project and thousands to pay his subcontractors. Fabrice Côte, the owner is known to open and close companies, we found out at the end of our projects from some his trades, he has ripped off many people, be aware.
