They installed blinds in two of my bathrooms. Carol Ann was amazing and easy to work with but I wasn't happy with the blinds in the end. They were not what I wanted. Carol Ann offered to fix them and was very helpful but they were already installed so I left them as is. Great customer service, just not happy with the blinds themselves.

Carol Ann was fantastic! She made it fun to choose the right coverings and blinds. Everything went perfectly, they were very detailed and got it done on time. I've already recommended Gotcha Covered to many of my friends! Thanks again!!

Working with Carol Ann was a great experience. She and her crew came in and did all the blinds in my house. The only issue I had with Gotcha Covered was that they weren’t as punctual as I would’ve liked them to be but I think that was more the manufactures fault then Carol Ann’s. I would most definitely recommend them to a friend but tell that friend to be wary when it comes to their time management skills. It’s been about a year since they put the blinds in now and I still think that they did an excellent job.

Carol Ann and her team provided me with silhouette blinds and installed them in my home. The blinds themselves look great but there was a bit of a mix up with the chains on the roller blinds. They have ordered new chains and have promised to come and redo it for me. I'm hoping everything will be fixed properly and in a timely manner.

I met Carol Ann at a home show and I've decided to hire her for new blinds. She has shown me a few new and functional shades for my house. She has been very friendly and easy to work with. They are installing the new blinds very soon!

Carol Anne and her team did a great job, I am very happy with the outcome. They did make some errors on the measurements of the windows the first time around but they were able to fix that quickly. The blinds are perfect and I would definitely recommend this company!!
