My large house with 2 human occupants plus 2 dogs and a cat required cleaning, and I contacted Lulu and requested that she provide a quote. Because of some unique requirements including more work because of the pets, and the fact that the house had not recently been thoroughly cleaned, I suggested she come over to see the house before quoting. She did that and today provided the cleaning while we were away. To say I am delighted with the results is an understatement!! What a delight to arrive home and see the house in spotless condition.
