Tempasure was wonderful to deal with when I decided to upgrade a crappy old inefficient furnace with a newer more efficient one. I had originally hoped to also replace the AC unit at the same time but Covid has made it tough for everyone to get stock. So in the meantime Tempasure installed my furnace portion so I could at least enjoy a warm winter! Their install crew was wonderful to deal with from start to finish and Len was great at quick response time to questions and issues. Looking forward to getting my new AC installed come the warmer weather.

Our hot water tank sprung a leak at 1 am on Boxing Day, leaving us without water for bathing or dishes. Our previous HVAC company didn’t have the capacity or inventory to help us out. We were desperate enough to contemplate locking into an interminable rental agreement! Thankfully, a friend passed along Len’s name and contact info. He got back to me within 15 minutes, listened patiently to our problem, and talked us through different options — all this while he was on holiday! There was no pressure at all — he didn’t try to up-sell us or even cajole us into choosing his company. A few hours later, he had solid quotes for us, and had figured out how to get us a new tank installed ASAP without having to pay jacked-up holiday-hour premiums. Everyone involved in the process was truly lovely — and vigilant about COVID protocols. About a day later, Hakim came by to remove our old tank and install the new one — without any hiccups, and for even less than the original quote. We’re so grateful to Tempasure — they’re honest, decent, thoughtful, and do excellent work. I have only good things to say!

We hired another company to install a new furnace at our house 5 years ago. We sourced that company through our General Contractor and they did a terrible job. The unit the previous company put in was too large and not installed/vented to manufacturers specifications. This unit had many things go wrong over the few years it was in our home and failed (again) 2 days ago. It is December, below freezing, and the original company is, once again, giving us the brush off.

We found out about TempASure from a friend. We brought TempASure in and with 24 hours they had replaced our furnace and we had heat in our home again.

I had a leak in my furnace room and called Tempasure. Fortunately, they were able to come out the same day, late in the evening. The repairman fixed the leak and I paid him the charge for coming out, $149.00.
Several days later, I noticed that the cover to the humidifier was on the floor. It had probably popped out. I tried to put it back on myself , but was unable to do it. I called Tempasure and they came out and replaced it at no charge.

The whole team was fast and efficient. Daniel the service person sent was professional and efficient and friendly. We were so happy with the service and would definitely recommend to friends.

The technician, Hakeem, was friendly, on time, and thorough. The company is enthusiastic about the products that they install, and I appreciate that they have reasonably priced maintenance checkups and take the time to explain their process.
