Len was great to work with. He ended up coming out and doing 2 estimates for us a year as we werent ready the first time he came out. The estimate was accurate for the cost of the job. The two gentlemen that came out to do the actual installation were wonderful. Quick, clean, efficient and communicated well. We live in a story and a half built in 1945, and they were able to retrofit to get the unit where he needed to be. Would 100% using Tempasure.

Our second floor is always hot in summer, even when we run the central air conditioning 24/7. I work upstairs with a bunch of computer equipment and it becomes quickly unbearable.

We decided to add a ductless air conditioner to our second floor. I did a lot of research on the best system. While they're more expensive, the Mistubishi split systems consistently come up on top. I got several quotes and then decided to list the job on Homestars.

Within a couple of weeks, we had our system installed. The installers were friendly and courteous. The installation went smoothly.

We did end up having an issue with the aesthetics of the electrical conduit run. When I brought it up with Len, he sent one of his team down the next day to address the issue. In my experience, it's easy to work with someone when everything goes perfectly. The mark of a great company is how they deal with things when there is an issue. Len and his team responded quickly to our concerns and made everything right.

We use tempasure for all home appliance maintenance ... including furnaces, A/C and tankless water heater every year.
As usual they have on time, polite, friendly technicians who are happy to explain what they are doing, what they find and do not upsell.

... The only thing - and it is probably more a bother for them than me - no online payment system I can find that works for me - so can be telephone tag to get the invoice paid after the service.

Len and his team installed a new furnace. They were professional and thorough. We had an early issue with an odd noise at furnace start up. Hakim returned to our house immediately to address the issue. This team really takes care of customers! I have used them for years.
