I hired Appliance Repair Guys because I needed to get my oven fixed right away. I I had to a big party that weekend and needed a fast and great job. My husband called these guys recommended by a friend and they were able to come same day at the evening. They did and excellent job, very fast, clean, professional. By the next day my oven was working perfectly. Thank you repair guys, you saved my dinner party!

i was very happy with the service. I received an appointment on the same day, the technician fixed my fridge quickly , had the parts with him, and i could go back to my normal life.

When they came to my home the washing machine had an error code F51. They charged me $280. for repair and it was never fixed. When they left my washer sounded like a jet airplane. It was only five years old, but whatever they did to it was not something that could be fixed. Ended up having to buy a new one. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYH

Do not use this company. Guy comes and checks out our fridge asking me to sign a 280 dollar labour quote. Stating that 80% of the time they will find the issue and will not use the part. Takes it apart and tells me my thermostat isn't working and it would be relative cheap part to fix. He leaves, takes my 300 dollars and gets back to me two days later after I text him repeatedly about giving me a quote on the part to fix it. Quotes me and tells me it's going to be 250$ plus tax. Thank god I read the reviews after the job and decided to not buy the part and have him mess up my fridge even more. Do not use them.

$280 labour for a 40 minute service is obscene. They will not respond to calls after the fact, but the technician was well aware of the simplicity of the repair and based on the desperation of a new mother with an oven that won't heat he gouged as deeply as he could. Their company would not after the fact respond to any questioning of the fees suggesting that it has nothing to do with time, but instead with the "expertise and training" of their technicians. I suggest as soon as they can come back to me prepared to perform brain surgery that their fees will start to sound about right. FOR SHAME!!!!

Avoid at all costs having anything to do with this pestilential company. Their technique is to charge $280 for any repair, then not actually repair anything. They demanded money for "fixing" my washing machine and left it in exactly the same state as before.

Worst experience ever. Took me for $316.00 and never fixed my problem. Try calling customer service and only get the run around. Real problem was my breaker was broken. Just terrible.

DO NOT USE. Charged me $340 for a $40 part to repair my dishwasher, despite having already charged me $280 to 'repair' it. Stated it was to cover overheads. Not sure how companies like this are allowed to operate, wish I had read these reviews first.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Repairman indicated to my daughter he could repair the Thermidor gas stove, but would need her to sign a labour quote. I called as well and he said all was "ok". She signed it and after that when he started to do the work, he said it was an old stove and he didn't have the parts. Why didn't he find this out before starting the repairs?? He knew the age of the stove. Therefore, he couldn't repair it, but then charged us $340.00. She had signed a paper saying she would pay the full fee or $290. irregardless if they couldn't repair the problem. Customer service wouldn't return my calls, nor let me talk to the owner of the company. I sent numerous emails, finally they called me. Basically, since the paper was signed, my tough luck. Also, in small print, on the invoice, it says any attempt to dispute the bill, they will sue you plus the cost of legal fees!! But they got their $ for 1 hour work. That's how they stay in business. Never use them again! Also, damaged my stove when he took off the stove's front panel. They are terrible.

Do not use this company! Read the reviews! They came to repair my mom's washing machine. did an assessment of the machine and said it would be $600 including parts and labour. The technician installed the part that was broken (Ken), then said Oh now another part is broken, and they'd let us know how much. Got a call back later to say that will be another $550.00. We said no more, as we could buy a new washing machine for that. Now we have a broken washing machine and are out $620. When I called to complain to the office, they made no effort to rectify the situation.
