Got my range hood fixed within 5 days thanks to the professional services of Appliance Repair Guys. I was literally in a bind thinking of having to worry about the repairs for a range hood of all things. Because of Appliance Repair Guys, I got my repairs done at a fair price in a timely manner. Thank you all for your help!

The service I received from this business was superb. I highly recommend their expertise and professionalism. My water heater is working after days of panic thinking it would never work again. Reasonable prices, prompt reply back, and thorough examination and repair. Thank you all!

Cooktop "repair" took place over the course of an afternoon. The cooktop never worked after being repaired. Getting the runaround from the company about ameliorating the problem while the cooktop still does not work. They were happy to charge $300 for inadequate in poor work, but not willing to stand by their work and actually fix the cooktop. Stay away from them.

Great service. They were extremely helpful in answering all the questions we had over the price of fixing our washing machine, the repairs needed to completely fix it, and the amount of time needed to make the repair.

Extremely professional group of workers. Would highly recommend again if you need a washing machine fixed quickly like we did!

DO NOT use this company. Complete rip-off. Paid for service call and repair that didn't work. Then they suggested an additional fee to try and repair again. They honestly think it would make sense to charge $1000 to repair a microwave. Technician left the unit is worse shape than when he started. Doesn't work at all now.

Terrible experience. Do NOT use this company - they are very skilled at misdirection and I feel completely ripped off. From the way the call centre described how their process worked to the manner in which I felt backed into committing to a $300 service before knowing cost of parts, ($800.00+!! for a $600 applicance) the experience was awful. Device was left in poorer shape than prior to the tech doing his thing. My complaint to the management regarding spending these funds for no result has gone unanswered, no surprise. Poorest customer service experience I've had in many years.

So on behalf of my stove, let me set the record in that I inherited a stove from my mother-in-law. In hindsight, I probably should have said no. So, when I found the stove broken down, I wasn't too surprised. If anything, I just really wanted to fix it quickly as one, I need to eat. Two, it meant a lot to my in-law to give us the stove.

This business was quick to identify the problem, fix it, and check-in with me about their repair within 3 days. Now, the stove works and the in-laws will never have to know that their gift broke down at all. I highly refer these folks if you need a quick fix with a major appliance!

Do not use this company. They are an unreputable organization. We contacted them because the heat on our dryer wasn't working. The technician asked us to leave the room for a few minutes. He said he knew exactly what was wrong and that our dryer was in excellent condition. He asked us to sign for the work beforehand (1st warning sign). He told us he only accepted cash or debit (2nd warning sign). It was working when he left and stopped working after 10 mins. When we called the office, it took 5 days for them to respond and they said there was no warranty and the technician had serviced the machine. They said we needed to pay for duct cleaning and repair work before anyone would come back. After many calls, they finally agreed to come back only to ask for $400 more for another problem previously undiagnosed. We told the technician to leave and bought a new dryer. We are a family of five with a newborn baby and two toddlers so there is a lot of laundry. We made a desperate and quick decision to contact this organization. We wish we had read reviews. After researching them further after the fact, they have been given a D- from the Better Business Bureau because of the numerous complaints similar to ours. Save your money and a huge headache and take your money elsewhere.

Highly recommend these professional, efficient workers. They fixed my fridge within 48 hours of me calling them. They were very transparent as to what they would have to do in order for them to completely repair the fridge. Thank you!

I agreed to pay $80 for a service call which I thought was to diagnose the problem with the washer. The guy came turned the knobs and said it didn't work and for $280 he could diagnose the problem. When I called the company to complain they told me this was correct for their company the $80 is just for him to come to my house not to do any work. Be aware of this information because it was not offered to me when I made the appointment.
