Long story, the tech man broke my electronic panel, nothing to do with what i called to have fixed.
Two and a half months later, still without a oven. Still hounding them to fix the panel, i will not be paying for that

Avoid this company at all cost. They charged me $425.00 and five days later my dryer isn't working. I would buy a new appliance before using this company to repair another machine. Not reliable.

I had the same experience as others. Initially was just told about the "service call" fee but upon arriving technician immediately asked for $280 to perform diagnosis or will just leave. To anyone who is not happy with this company, I suggest to file a complaint with Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services (https://www.ontario.ca/page/filing-consumer-complaint)

Service was rude, abrupt , incompetent. After 2 weeks waiting for quote, theirs was 3 times higher than directly with Miele . Never use this company!! Couldn't get my $80.00 back

Washer broke Feb 6 technician came to fix it, I was told he will repair it at a cost of $280 + tax + part (if needed). He took at look at the machine to then told me he DID not have the part but still charged me $316. I had to order 7 parts and leave a deposit of another $374 to submit the order and then pay another $374 at the time of installation. Parts ordered on Feb 10. It's been 2 months with no parts delivered with a new "estimated" delivery date of May 20th. Total estimated waiting time to get it fixed 4 months. Total cost $1,064. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I should have looked at the reviews. This company not only didn't fix my fridge but broke it further. After complaining they said paying $700 for a part will fix it. This company should be investigated. Do not deal with them unless you enjoy grief.

This company will not repair anything. They will charge you a labour charge for doing absolutely no work on your appliance. They will tell you their service call is $80 and that the service guy will give you a labour quote. And if you go with they labour quote, they "waive" the service call fee of $80. The repair guy told me that it would cost $280 for the labour to repair my dryer and that parts were extra. No labour was done. The bill for the part then comes out to over $200 and when I questioned how a $50 part costs me $200, the company says that the $200 includes installation of the part. Well, what was the $280 for!?!? And what is worse, what they claim to have fixed, didn't get fixed. Don't call this company! They will take your money and do absolutely no work. Stay away.

Like many other customers who provided a review for this company, I feel I was taken advantage of and extorted out of money by this company. Upon arrival, the repair man opened up my microwave to investigate and let me know what it would cost to repair it. He quoted me a labour cost of $260 to fix the microwave and mentioned that parts (if needed) would be extra. I subsequently agreed to this mostly because the $80 fee for the repair man to come out and provide the quote is waived if you decide to proceed with the repair. However, 10 minutes later, he told me that the whole motherboard would need to be completely replaced and that it would cost about $700 in parts to fix. This after performing his initial investigation. I told him to stop his work after receiving this information and he forced me to still pay the originally quoted cost of $260+tax, even though he did not fix the microwave.

I want to add that purchasing a brand new mircowave (same brand) would only cost $495.

I called and spoke to the manager, Elona, and she was unhelpful and kept putting words in my mouth to attempt to make her argument. This was a complete waste of time and an extremely annoying conversation that only further angered me.

This is by far the WORST COMPANY I've ever dealt with.

This is the first time I've written an online review. Although I've received poor service or products in the past, it takes a lot to disappoint me to the point where I feel it is worth my time to complain about it. I hope this review helps other avoid being extorted by this company. I also plan on also contacting the better business bureau.

I suggest that you look elsewhere if you are searching for appliance repair.

Needed dryer repair and did not check comments on line first......BIG MISTAKE.
My mistake cost me just under $300 and I still need to get someone to come and fix the dryer which was done for less than $200 including the part.
Avoid this company.

I called for a simple dishwasher door repair. I should have known right away not to proceed with hiring them when they kept giving me different amounts for the work. Technician was sent out a week after initial call. Replaced cables and hinges. Next day door breaks again. This company wants me to fill out a warranty form for their head technician to review so they can decide whether or not to do the job properly! And their rude phone rep hung up on me twice. Stay away!
