Service person to come to the house $80-to be deducted once u agree that the service is to be done. When the service person quoted me the amount for the service, I asked will you be deducting the $80 - NO! Cost me $360 for the wrong diagnosis, & a complete service which was not completed. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER IMPOLITE, " TOO BAD, I DON'T CARE".....b4 u decide to call these guys to your place, search $hrly rates that others are charging! This Company overcharges by mega $$$
