Michael and his crew did a wonderful job. We were very impressed from the beginning with the amount of care and dedication Michael put into the estimation. He photographed and made notes on the condition of our roof and took the time to explain to us the whole process. The team was very hard working and professional. It was really great to be kept in the loop with the project, as we received email updates on the progress throughout the day. Michael is very knowledgeable and approachable, answering all our questions in timely manner. Overall, we are very happy with the work they've done and would highly recommend Quality First Roofing.

I found Michael based on previous home star reviews and I can say there are completely accurate. First Quality Roofing is a 5 star company. He was amazing to deal with from beginning to end and on the day of installation was in constant communication providing picture updates through out the day. Michael and his team worked extremely hard and well into the night to get this done in 1 day. They were very courteous and respectful of both mine and the neighbours property who we share a driveway with. I was very impressed by the clean up as the property was probably cleaner than when they showed up. Michael Was also very fair and great to deal with - at no added cost he fixed two downpipes and replaced one as well he found 4 layers of existing roof during the removal but didn’t charge more even though he based his quote for two layers

I highly recommend Michael and his team for any roof job and will gladly use him again when we decide to replace the shingles

We had a smaller job due to a hole in part of our roof, so we didn't need a complete roof. This was a bit of a concern for us because of the worry about matching colours - the existing roof is over 10 years old. Michael came out to take a piece of the existing shingle to determine what shingle would ensure the best match and his crew returned the next day to install.

The match is perfect, the work is excellent and we couldn't be happier. We'd definitely recommend Quality First Roofing to anyone.

Michael maintained great communication with us from the first 'estimate' visit to the completion of the job, explaining the various roofing products and keeping us 'in the loop' as our installation day approached.
The crew worked hard all day in the heat and were very thorough.

Michael of Quality First Roofing removed 3 layers of roofing shingle from previous owners. He replaced them with new high end shingles and a vent system on my story and a half home. He also tore down a carport and shed attachment which obscured the look of my house, leaving a small portion for a future front porch. Michael was very helpful in choosing the end products after listening to the quality of finishes that I wanted. His men were both friendly and polite and completely cleaned up my yards after the job was completed. I have received numerous compliments about the look of my new roof and the special venting system I had installed. Michael also took the trouble to take pictures of the entire job from start to finish so that I was able to see exactly what was done to my roof. I particularly appreciated this added bonus as I like to know both the structural and mechanical features of my home.

Several companies were called for a quotation to replace my entire roof. Michael at Quality First Roofing impressed me with his attention to detail and listening to what I needed done.

The job involved installing 8 ft ridge vent, 11 intake vents, connecting 3 fan vents, new shingles over roof and porch, underlayment, and finishings around plumbing stack vents and chimney. Igor and his crew did everything in one day; above and beyond my expectations. As a bonus, he even repaired two shingles that had blown off the garage a couple of years ago.

Our 12 year old roof started leaking so we called Quality First for a repair. Michael came and identified several issues with our existing roof.
