Quality First Roofing

I reached out to Quality First Roofing as I noticed shingles missing from my roof. They promptly responded and attended the site within hours of my call. They did an inspection, provided a quote and executed the work the same day. They provided pictures of the work and identified an issue I never would have been aware of and addressed that as well. They were prompt and professional and the quality of the work is excellent. I would not hesitate to refer them or use them again for my roofing needs. Very pleased!

I needed my flat roof to be redone before I build my deck. Quality roofing gave me great advice and then completed the work quickly and professionally, using top notch products. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future, as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Our roof was about 20 years old, needed to be replaced. Michael was responsive, professional, and thorough. Quality First replaced all of the conventional shingles. The job site was clean. 8 months later there are no issues with the new roof. When we had some issues with a part of the roof (a section of flat roof) that was not part of the initial Quality First job, Michael was very responsive and came quickly to help us out. We would recommend his company to others.

I have an old detached garage that was in need of a new roof vent to in the structure. I called Quality Roofing and Michael promptly was able to provide a few thoughts on how to improve air flow along with a quote despite it being a very small job. The Company returned the following day and had the vent installed in about 30 minutes. The work performed was prompt, well done and exactly what I asked for. I would not hesitate to call QFR for any future roofing needs!

Michael did good job inspecting the roof of my house. Bought 6 years ago but original owner had replace roof 9 years ago with top rated shingles. House roof was fine but skylight cracked after 20 years and side shed had cheap shingles that had cracked. Replaced both skylight and shed shingles. Very thorough job and sent picture of both jobs before and after. Good Job!

Having had Michael for the inspection and quote and he came on-time and had a consultation for my roof. He performed his job professionally and answered all my questions and gave my pictures of my roof.

I called Quality First based on their recommendations on Homestars. Animals has pulled down the soffits on an extension and I was concerned that raccoons would get in and damage the roof. I consulted with a couple of companies before talking to Michael. Michael came the day after I requested the quote, assessed the problem, and gave me a quote that was 1/3 of another competitors. I hired him on the spot. Igor came to do the job. He efficiently repaired the damage. The repair was seamless. All around an excellent experience. Having employed several pretty bad roofers over my life, it was refreshing to employ one who was genuinely knowledgeable and true to his word. I would not hesitate to hire Michael and Quality First again.

Michael at Quality First Roofing responded to my request on Homestars on a timely basis and was on site the very next day . He explained the scope of work and cost prior to commencing. I observed Michael's work while he was on the roof and can say that he was very conscientious and diligent. Damaged shingles were replaced and a leak in our chimney was sealed. Before and after pictures were provided in detail. I would highly recommend Michael and Quality First Roofing and will be engaging them when I next replace my roof

Had 2 major repairs areas that needed doing at the same time. One was do to wind, second do to raccoon infestation. Both areas were seen to immediately and professionally. Michael the owner also thought of wrapping the neighbours antenna with black metal to stop the raccoons from climbing up to access both our roofs ( which can easily be removed , works amazingly well and looks great )
