I evaluate Future Perfect Construction based on the following factors: their pricing, quality of product/work and schedule. quotation is clear and transparent, quality of work performed meets most of our expectations. however, I rate the contractor poorly in meeting the contract completion schedule. the contract was signed early May last year, but small portion of work still incomplete with a few deficiencies. the main downside of Future Perfect is their lack of good care for their customer. the materials and parts required for construction activities were not diligently managed by Future Perfect in ordering and their arriving. as a result, the work was not carried out continually by the contractor's trades rather in a fashion of start-stop-wait with long intervals of waiting for them to come back to continue their work. this is main issue with this contractor affecting my rating.

After doing an extensive research I decided to hire Aaron and his team. I felt very comfortable dealing with him, it seamed more like a partnership then customer/contractor relationship. Aaron was very respectful to our schedule and property. The initial renovation was scheduled for 3 weeks but Aaron informed us on the second week that there would be a short delay to complete the project which he made that clear before he started and informed us that unexpected schedule changes can be happening. We felt very comfortable and gave him the keys to our house. Each time he went in and out he texted me and my husband to let us know. Nice little touch! So we have no problems to hire him.

We were very happy with our choice of Company. They were very professional and very efficient, as well they were timely as promised. We will definitely use this company again and we highly recommend them. Thank you to the owner for placing so much care into the work that was done.

Wonderful crew that replaced an existing deck. Work was done on time and under budget. The team helped to design and had a lot of great ideas in creating the new outside space.

We found Future Perfect through Home Stars to replace our deck and rebuild our front porch. They were excellent to deal with throughout the project, from the initial visit to scope out the project through completion.
We had a few changes along the way and they were always great in making recommendations and helping us with decisions.
The quality of their work is great and we're very happy with all our dealings with Aaron and the other staff.
We've also been getting a lot of compliments from neighbors on the job. I'd highly recommend them, and will call them next time we need work done.

I have worked with the best and these guys are right up there. This is the second project they have done for me and I am pleased with the results. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I just want to say I'm glad my husband chose Aaron and his company to do our renovations. We looked and had different companies come over but we felt comfortable with him most. He was easy to talk with, flexible and knows to stay within your budget. They work on time and keep the place as clean as possible.
