Krys came to give my 20 year old air conditioner a tune up today (has never had one before) His friendliness & expertise really impressed me. He explained everything so well & was so precise. I appreciated that he changed the furnace filter as well as showing me that I needed a new water heater..the sludge in the bottom would have certainly used more hydro to get through it to get to the water. Krys was also kind enough to change the batteries in the thermostat as I'm always afraid of breaking the cover while taking it off. Krys is certainly a great asset to the team.

We finally decided to have our very old furnace and central air unit replaced. After calling around and talking to friends about recommendations, we decided to go with Roy Inch. What a great idea that was! Right from the start we were treated with respect. Adam helped us decide on the right units for our home, and there was no pressure to decide! Omar and Milton came to install the units, and despite the big job ahead of them, were very professional and efficient to myself and my family. They kept me updated with each step, and always asked if I had any questions. At the end of the day, Milton walked me through everything they did, and explained in detail everything I needed to know about the new units we had purchased. Omar gave me a detailed walk through with our new thermostat as well, which made things very easy. About a week later, we had Jordan come out to the house to do our duct cleaning. He was very efficient, but thorough, and also took the time to explain what he was doing. I fully recommend using Roy Inch for your heating and cooling needs. It was a big purchase for us, but they made us feel comfortable with it the whole way.

Brandon Baldwin has been my 'go-to' employee from Roy Inch and Sons Service Experts for my annual Furnace, fireplace and central air conditioning at my home. I trust Brandon to provide the quality service I have come to expect. Brandon always calls in advance to let me know the actual time of his arrival, and this is very much appreciated.
He is always most respectful, professional and congenial while at my home. He knows my home quite well now and always cleans up following his work. Brandon possesses the necessary skills to ensure the highest standard of work. He never appears rushed to get the job done and takes the time to clearly discusses the findings of his work with me. Brandon does not hesitate to request a 'second opinion' if required, and that is exactly what he did on my last service call in terms of my air conditioning unit. He understands the importance of preventative maintenance and my need for reassurance in terms these major appliances in my home.
I prefer only to have Brandon to continue with this work in my home, unless of course a 'specialist' is required.
I would highly recommend not only Roy Inch and Sons, but definitely Brandon Baldwin to do the work.

The work for the furnace motor was done efficiently and promptly. Employee did not leave until part was tested and running properly. Concern about flame and original heater exchange
box causing carbon monoxide became an issue so furnace shut down and gas fireplace turned on for heat until the new part was in. Employee discussed new furnace and checked for
warranty on new heater exchange part to see what options I had. It turned out the heater exchange part was still under warranty so just labour costs and was a great relief to me.

This employee went beyond what I would think his job description is and that stays with a person. It tells me I can have total trust in Roy Inch and Sons. They should be very proud to
have this employee working for them and I hope they acknowledge him for doing a great job. Their name on their trucks is only as good as who they employ and they struck gold
in hiring this employee. He has been out on regular maintenance checks over the last five years or more and I trust his word and his work 100%.

Have been with Roy Inch for many years. Recently had our annual maintenance performed by Corey. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to us in great detail. He is an asset to the company and we would highly recommend him. A pleasure to have him perform our service.

The service is alway great. My family & relatives have used Roy Inch for close to 20 years (combined). Rob C. has been our tech for a lot of years. He explains the results and how the unit is producing, as well he answers our questions. Always pleasant & does a thorough job.

Larry Curts was our service expert for our spring AC maintenance this year. May 4, 2017. Larry called ahead, arrived on time and used his boot covers. He replaced a needed filter and checked over our system, fixed a few minor items and was on his way. Friendly and courteous.

Brandon arrived for the appointment as scheduled. His work ethic was professional, prompt while having a friendly demeaner. I would recommend him for future servicing.

We had researched HVAC replacements in advance. Price is always a product/service feature; but, quality of product/installation and after- service is more important to us.
The Roy Inch & Sons team concluded the sale and installation in 1 week. Installation took 2 days by 2 professional, knowledgeable, licensed installers.
We have noticed that our comfort level has improved noticeably with the advanced Lennox system.
